A Trip to Vienna
Last Tuesday, Petr and I awoke around 3:30 AM so that we could leave by 4:30 AM from our apartments and travel to Vienna, Austria where there is a Czech Republic consulate. We were thankful that the trip was a safe one but we were told that we needed to make some changes to some of the documents that we had brought with us. This was a bit frustrating because it meant that we were going to have to rush to get the documents that were needed so that the application could go out to Prague by today. Sorry I don't have any pictures from Vienna but neither of us were all that interested in taking in the sites after the early morning drive and the disappointment at the consulate. Please pray for this process going forward. We have some plans in the works in the possibility that I may have to leave the country for a time until the visa is ready.
Pavel at Youth Revolution
Pavel, one of the Elders of the church here in Poruba, and father to Tána and Eliška has not been able to make it to the previous youth meetings because of work. It was his strong desire that there be a ministry to the teens that began the group a couple of years ago. His passion for worship is so encouraging and makes it easy for others to come along side him. He also led the teaching this week, speaking about what the Bible says about relationship between guys and girls. What a blessing to serve with this brother. Pray for the youth as this coming Friday we will be going bowling as a group and this is a great opportunity for them to invite a friend or two. Some have already invited friends to the regular evening but pray for boldness for the teens.

I don't know what this face is about...
Just a picture that Bára snuck of Klara.
Karel and Marcela Dedicate Their Son
I got the honor to taking a few pictures of the family as they had Vojta dedicated on Sunday afternoon. Karel is one of the Elders of the church. Here are a few pictures of the happy family.
